You can use the contact form below to register your return. After filling out the contact form you can choose which carrier you want to use to send us your package. Please make sure you clearly write your name and order number on the package so we can find it back in our warehouse.

The conditions for return shipment are as follows:

• The product is completely complete and in its original packaging.
• The product is unused and unopened.
• The product is clean as received by the customer.
• The product must come with the original manual and any supplied accessories.
• Clearly indicate your name and order number on the package.

We cannot process your return if it does not meet the above requirements!
