All toppers and mattresses are vacuum packed in plastic and some models also in a sturdy cardboard box. Before you can enjoy your new topper or mattress, you must adhere to the following steps. Importantly, a vacuum-packed topper or mattress takes 72 hours to rise. During this process, you cannot use the product yet!
